John Auerbacher received a B.A. from Columbia University, after studying at the
Julliard School, and a J.D. degree with distinction from Hofstra University
School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the International Property
Investment Journal. He was formerly associated with the law firm of Reid &
Priest, where he practiced in both the corporate and real estate departments. He
has represented importers and exporters, distributors and manufacturers in
connection with distribution arrangements, real estate owners and investors,
financing institutions in connection with asset based lending, trademark and
copyright holders in registration matters, and art galleries and architects.
