Christopher Serbagi
graduated from Vassar College in 1986 with a degree in
political science. In 1995, Mr. Serbagi graduated from Cardozo School of Law, magna
cum laude. While
at Cardozo, Mr. Serbagi interned for United States District
Court Judge Charles S. Haight in the Southern District of
New York. Mr.
Serbagi then spent two years at the intellectual property
law boutique Darby & Darby, and then seven years at
Rogers & Wells, which merged with Clifford Chance, where
he practiced intellectual property litigation, general
commercial litigation, and trademark prosecution. Mr. Serbagi is an accomplished author in the legal
field, having written numerous articles on litigation and
intellectual property, including a chapter on pre-trial
litigation strategies in a well known book published by BNA
on patent litigation.
Mr.
Serbagi has successfully represented a variety of both large
and small companies in a variety of matters, including
intellectual property and general commercial litigation. In
addition to working with Akabas & Sproule, Mr. Serbagi has
his own practice.
